There is also an open shelving area that can be set up with small appliances for added convenience or used as additional closet and storage space, depending on the tenant's needs.
The bedroom, bathroom, and exterior entrance are private. The full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and outdoor amenities are shared.
The property offers ample off-street parking, a fully fenced backyard, hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock, meditation garden, private walking loop, and designated garage storage.
I'm looking for an independent and dependable housemate who's a good steward of the property, keeps shared spaces clean, and handles day-to-day things on their own.
This suite is set up for one person, though I'd consider two occupants for the right situation at an adjusted rate.
