The home boasts 3.5 bathrooms, including en-suite full bathrooms for the primary and second bedrooms, and another full bathroom for the third bedroom, plus a half bathroom on the second floor. All linens and towels are provided.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night applies from the seventh guest onwards. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

The neighborhood is a peaceful area with charming cottage-style homes and historical architecture. Memorial Park, known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities, is a short 7-minute drive away, and Minute Maid Park is a 15-minute drive.
There is currently construction taking place on the lot next to the property, which may result in increased daytime noise during standard working hours. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and bringing, storing, or using any weapon will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Only registered guests are allowed for parties or large gatherings. No indoor smoking is permitted, with a $500 fine for violations; please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it is normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Landscaping is done once a week. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. The fireplace is out of order.
