This luxurious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across its three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King Bed and a Pullout Sofa Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed, and Bedroom 3 offers a Queen Bed. All linens and towels are provided. The home boasts three full en-suite bathrooms and an additional half bathroom on the second floor. The highlight is the private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. An additional $39 fee per guest per night applies from the seventh guest onwards. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available.
Conveniently situated in Cottage Grove, Houston, TX, this home is a short drive from Downtown, the Energy Corridor, the Galleria, and the Medical Center Area. The neighborhood itself is a peaceful area with charming cottage-style homes and historical architecture. Memorial Park, known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities, is just a 7-minute drive away, and Minute Maid Park is a 15-minute drive.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to authorities. No indoor smoking is permitted; a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The fireplace is out of order. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Landscaping is done once a week.
