This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a pullout sofa bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen-size bed. The home boasts three and a half bathrooms, including an en-suite full bathroom in the primary bedroom, an en-suite full bathroom in Bedroom 2, an en-suite full bathroom in Bedroom 3, and a half bathroom on the second floor. All linens are provided, but pool towels are not.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available.

The neighborhood is a peaceful area with charming cottage-style homes and historical architecture. Memorial Park is just south of the neighborhood, offering opportunities for outdoor activities.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities. No parties or large gatherings are allowed; only registered guests are permitted. There is no indoor smoking, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Landscaping is done once a week. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. The fireplace is out of order.
