Enjoy cookouts with the new propane gas grill and utilize the shaded storage area beneath the home, perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, and beach gear. Dogs are permitted with a fee of $50 per pet per stay for non-shedding breeds.
Located just minutes from Bonita's pristine beaches, Doc's Beach House, and waterfront rentals, this home is also close to local shops, grocery stores, and charming ice cream parlors. It offers easy access to year-round fun in Southwest Florida.
This is a stilt home with stair-only access; there is no elevator. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. Check-in is self-service with a coded door lock that is changed between reservations and is active only during your reservation times. Early and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability. A vehicle is recommended as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. The Fort Myers Int'l Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
