Rental Terms This is a temporary furnished rental with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Longer stays may be available by agreement with the owner. A $1,000 security deposit is required prior to occupancy. The security deposit will be handled and returned according to the terms of the lease and applicable Pennsylvania law. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by the owner. The maximum occupancy is six people.
