A strict no-party policy is enforced, with Ring cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. An excessive mess after your stay will result in additional charges for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels should not be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge if face towels are stained. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages/mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged keys/clicker/fob, and a $500 penalty if you're locked out. Altering any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by housekeeping for a $150 fee.
