Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties and loud music are not allowed, with a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the building hallways, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check before check-in. Early check-in can be requested for an additional hourly fee, subject to approval. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and incurs additional hourly fees, with a penalty for checking out beyond 12:00 PM. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Face or bath towels are not to be used as kitchen towels, with a $10 charge for stained face towels. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Additional cleaning requests during your stay will cost $150.00. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. A penalty will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Tampering with safety devices, including the security camera at the entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit, and a $500 penalty if you are locked out and require assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team at the guest's expense.
