This cozy, quiet, and safe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium is in the desired IVY Building at Five Towns of Terrace Park. It is a 55 and older community but we can have 20% living in the building that are under 55. You MUST BE at least 18 years old however! That being said, I am looking for someone who will observe the rules/regulations, maintain a level of cleanliness, and be quiet and respectfull of the neighbors. No smoking inside, preferably no pets but may consider a less than 25 pound dog or cat for an additional fee. Sorry but had to clean up too many messes from tenants who did not take care of thier pets. The Rent includes everything except Electricity which will be your responsibility. Natural gas is included for heat and cooking. Internet and wifi are included. If you want premium channels Spectrum will bill you directly JUST for those services. There is a gym, tennis, pickleball, 6 pools, hot tub, shuffle board, and a billiard room.
