One room for rent in our 3bed 2bath house. The room will be available July 1st, 2026.
Location: We love this neighborhood.… This is a rare gem in the neighborhood of Richmond Annex. The house is situated in a quiet street 2 blocks from El Cerrito Natural Grocery Company which has excellent scones. It's close to El Cerrito Plaza Bart, 2 blocks from the Ohlone greenway, and it's also close to San Francisco Bay Trail if you're into biking, running, etc. El Cerrito Plaza has a huge number of stores, including Lucky's (like Safeway), Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Peet's, Marshalls, Ross, many cell phone service provider stores, Post Office, UPS, FedEx, and Supercuts, etc. - they have everything! It's also a ~5-minute drive from 99 Ranch and Costco. The Pacific East Mall where 99 Ranch is located has many new restaurants and shops.
House: Rent is $1200 + 1/4 of utilities (water, PG&E - we have solar, Internet, cleaners once every 3 months for a total of about $100 a month). 1 year lease with $1200 deposit. A shorter lease request will be considered on a case by case basis. Garbage and gardening are covered by the landlords. There is a lot of street parking available. You will be sharing 1 bathroom with our other roommate. The house has new hardwood flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large kitchen with gas stove, fridge, and new dishwasher. Washer and dryer in house. Google smart home, with Google Nest security cameras, Google Nest doorbell, Nest thermostat, AT&T fiber WIFI , Google speakers and smart lock. No smoking, no vaping, no pets.
Housemate details
You'll be sharing the bath w is a female data scientist who enjoys hiking. The master is occupied by me (works for KP) and my hubby (small business owner). We own the house and are good fixers. We all WFH. We have a cat that stays with us occasionally.
