Bathrooms have also been updated with new fixtures, tiled showers and walk-in shower in master bathroom. Enjoy the screened in porch off of living room. Pool and dog park/picnic area located close by.
**The washer and dryer are being provided for tenant use, but if they break, it will be tenant responsibility to repair, or replace. If replaced, the tenant can take that appliance with them when they leave**
