All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check, providing a valid government ID through secure platforms. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM, with any check-out beyond 12:00 PM incurring a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with any party activity resulting in police intervention and immediate eviction without a refund, or a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $1000 fine for violations. Unauthorized guests in the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and pets over 50 lbs are not allowed. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Altering, blocking, or disconnecting any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including a $600 penalty for lost keys, clicker, fob, or parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you are locked out and require assistance. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and a $10 charge will apply for stained face towels. We do not provide extra towels and sheets. We do not allow packages or mail to be sent to the address; items may be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
