There is a strict no-party policy in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Any party activity will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without a refund. Unauthorized guests in the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. A background check is required for all guests, who will be asked to provide a valid government ID. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs allowed. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet; 3-6 nights: $150/pet; 7-29 nights: $250/pet; 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Please don't use the face or bath towel as a kitchen towel; there will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. If there is no paper towel, please let us know. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. You are most welcome to bring your own towels and sheets if you will be needing more. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150.00. Packages/mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device; there is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. If any damage or issue arises that requires repair, you will be notified promptly. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. There is a $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you're locked out and will need assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team, costing $150, which must be paid for by the guest.
