Landlord will check property conditions every 4 months. Rent is due on the first of every month, late fees of $50 of the first day, $25 every day after that. Washer and dryer are in decent condition, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are in good conditions. All appliances are in suitable conditions to perform their tasks, any break downs after that, renters are responsible to call repairs. No screws on walls are allowed (small nails are ok).
