No smoking inside unit ! I can show the unit anytime . I just need one hour before you would like to view it so I can meet you there. All applicants must fill out a background and credit check. credit score must be 550 or higher. If credit score is lower then 549 then a cosigner with a credit score of 700 and higher is needed. The cosigner must be added as an applicant on your application and they must also fill out the credit and background check. After all tenants who are applicants have completed these tasks then I can accept or deny the application. If accepted then all applicants must meet with the owner. If a pet or pets and or esa animals are on the applicant then the owner will have you bring them to the showing. If its a good fit then and only thenthe Next step is a more detailed application for our file and a one time 35.00 fee will need to be paid beforehand. If accepted then these are the move in fees include a one time 250.00 admin fee , security deposit and/or pet deposit if applicable and rent. Security deposits range from 2000.00 and up and pet deposits also vary. Sometimes pet rent can be added or in place of pet deposit. Rent is prorated if move in date is not the first.
