This is a rent-to-own / terms opportunity for someone who wants a path toward owning a home without dealing with today's high interest rates right away.
This is not a standard rental. There is no security deposit, but there is a substantial upfront payment required because this is structured as rent-to-own. It is well above first month's rent and a security deposit.
The monthly payment may be below typical market rent, but the right fit will be someone who understands this is a purchase-style arrangement and is ready to move quickly.
Bad credit is fine. We are mainly looking for someone who can make the monthly payment, understands the rent-to-own structure, and wants a real path toward ownership.
Tenant will be moving out in early August. Showings can occur after that however we do approvals first so as to avoice no shows (unfortunate but a lot of people simply do not show up).
We OWN the property, so approvals can be quick for the right person. Application is on zillow's platform so you aren't paying us.
No money is exchanged until agreement is signed.
Full disclosure, the house will not be in perfect condition but is ideal for someone who doesn't mind light handywork here and there or simply isn't seeking a perfect house.
