Near El Cerrito Plaza which has just about everything, including a laundromat. No laundry on site. Near El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station & even closer to Ranch 99 market.
Must be okay living with 1 cat. Emotionally support animals are welcome. No credit check needed. You will need to fill out a rental application & sign a 1 year lease. The landlord only signs yearly lease agreements.
