      This is a 1 yr term, the home is no smoking (please). Pets are allowed with a pet deposit for accidental issues. Renters insurance will be required. There is room for lots of parking. Prefer not working on vehicles but as we are all aware things happen and must be done. Would appreciate something to catch fluids so it doesn't stain the concrete, but again things happen like oil leaks so please be aware. Background check will be required. All utilities will be required to go in tenants name. There is a security system on the home that is included in a rental agreement. Tenant is responsible for any damages that occurs during rental agreement duration. The home is under warranty so there shouldn't be any issues whatsoever and if there is we will address them immediately. There is a young man who lives next door that does the lawn mowing and edging (supporting the next generation) he is a wonderful person very respectful and helpful. If you give instructions he is attentive to those requests. Garbage service will stay in the owners name.
