This house is located in a quiet beach area known as Hawk's Nest Beach in Old Lyme, CT. The newly updated house is steps from the beach, great for a stroll along the water. This spacious 4-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, a backup generator, off-street parking, a great outdoor porch to enjoy morning coffee, a slate patio with an outdoor table and chairs, an outdoor shower, and much more. No interior smoking! No cats. A small dog may be considered. A credit check and background check may be needed depending on the length of your stay and a signed rental agreement.
