For sleeping arrangements, the living room includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for accommodating up to 4 children or adults. The home also boasts three private bedrooms: one king suite and two queen rooms, along with three full bathrooms. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
An EV charger outlet is available; guests must bring their own cable. A BBQ is provided for outdoor grilling. Guests can also enjoy the community park and pergola.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Approved pets are welcome for a fee of $20 per day per pet, with a $250 fee for undisclosed or unauthorized pets. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors and responsibility for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability at a rate of $15 per hour, and unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property, with a $50 fee per bin for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
