The open-concept living space features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to gather for meals or game nights. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds tucked into a dedicated sleeping space. The townhome also features a full-size washer and dryer.
An EV outlet is available (bring your own charging cable) and fast Wi-Fi is provided. Guests can enjoy the BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. Approved pets are welcome with a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee.
This retreat is located just 1 mile from town, the marina, grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops. Whether you're spending the day on the lake, golfing, exploring nearby trails, or enjoying Bear Lake's famous raspberry shakes, this home offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Bear Lake State Park Marina is 1 mile away, as are Bear Lake dining and shopping. Ideal Beach Resort & Rentals is 3 miles away, Bear Lake Golf Course is 4 miles away, and Bridgerland Adventure Park is 3 miles away.
This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property; a $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
