Designed with gathering in mind, the home is ideal for extended families, multiple couples, or groups looking to make lasting memories. The main level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dining area that seats 6. Enjoy the cozy sunroom perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read, and the living room with a wood-burning fireplace and access to both side and back decks. The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the river, and an en-suite bathroom. The mother-in-law suite has a private entrance through a welcoming breezeway, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and living space with a TV and sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and easy access to the main house and garage/game room. In-home entertainment includes a bonus game room above the garage with foosball, a TV and gaming console, and plenty of books and board games. Two kayaks are provided for paddling out directly from your own Spring River access.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $40 per pet per stay, excluding service dogs.

This home is approximately 5 minutes from Sunriver Village and near attractions such as Lava Butte, Benham Falls, High Desert Museum, LaPine State Park, Old Mill District, Downtown Bend, Mt. Bachelor, Riley Ranch Preserve, Paulina Lake, Sparks Lake, Davis Lake, Sisters, Smith Rock, Crater Lake National Park, and Painted Hills and John Day Fossil Beds.
If a noise complaint is called in by a neighbor after 10 pm, the Deschutes Count Sherriff will be notified, and you could be evicted from the property without a refund. Evidence of smoking will result in charges to pay for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning the effected areas. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. All cars are to be parked in the driveway of your rented property unless specified. You may have 1 car per bedroom, no additional cars will be allowed without prior approval. Check-in is 5:00pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Violation of any federal, state or county laws as well as policies stated in this agreement are grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Any violation of this contract results in a forfeit.
