Enjoy peace and quiet in this lovely, newly renovated lower level suite in Highlands Ranch Colorado.… Convenient for travel nurses as property is near many hospitals including the new UC Health Highlands Ranch Hospital, Littleton Adventist Hospital, Sky Ridge Medical Center, and Children's Hospital, Colorado South. A short 11 miles north is Porter Adventist Hospital and Swedish Medical Center. LIVING AREA This space is ideal for you to enjoy a quiet and productive stay while you are working in the area. This single family home with one adult occupant (and cats!) on the main and upper floor, is super quiet and has an amazing outdoor space (patio/terrace) overlooking green belt open space and some of the countless walking trails in the area. You also have a beautiful view of the mountains from this beautifully appointed and landscaped space. The living space consists of a connected bedroom with blackout curtains and a separate living area with a very comfortable full sized futon sofa. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser and full closet, and there is additional storage space available if needed. The laundry area is shared, but separate from the living space. Timing accommodations will be made depending on your work schedule for the owner to access the laundry area. The bathroom has a walk in shower with built in shelving, luxurious vinyl tile floors, and a single sink with cabinet storage underneath You have your own private kitchenette with tons of storage, refrigerator, brand new convection toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, cordless electric kettle, blender, air fryer, Instant Pot, 2 burner stovetop, Zen water filter, toaster as well as all of the pots, pans, dishes, glasses utensils, etc. that you would need to make your stay comfortable. The entrance to the home is shared, but is used infrequently by the owner. It is off the patio alongside the home, and is a mere 10 feet from the entrance to the living space. LOCATION Located off C470 Highway and Broadway, with a nearby bus stop and a 15 minute drive to the nearest Light Rail for access to downtown Denver. Many amenities within walking distance (less than a mile to the nearest shopping center, including a Safeway and dining options). 1.5 miles to more shopping (including a Super Target and Natural Grocers) and many other dining options.
