Occupancy of 1-2 mature, responsible adults please. Rent is month to month plus security deposit. No subleasing/renting. No smoking allowed inside the cabin. Cats and small dogs allowed with prior approval. Limit of two pets. $200 each pet deposit and additional rent of $30 each pet per month. Pets are not allowed to roam free for safety and there is not yard fencing. Utilities are tenants responsibility. Ozark electric, Ozark Go high speed internet, Black Hills Energy gas, City of Fayetteville water ( no sewer, has septic system). Rural trash collection available. Window unit A/C both levels. Natural gas wall heater downstairs. Cabin is very energy efficient. Yard maintenance is responsibility of tenant. All kinds of wildlife are around cabin including deer, coyotes, raccoons, possums, skunks, snakes (some poisonous), rats and mice, ticks, mosquitos and bees, to name a few. You are in the country but still convenient to town! The cabin is on a county maintained dirt road with light local traffic. One house next door. Landlord lives nearby.

The west fork of the White River is even closer and Lake Wilson just a few miles away for hiking, fishing and kayaking. Drake Field Airport and Arkansas Air and Military Museum are also close.

Nice large covered front porch with stairs to a fire pit in the yard. Recently stained exterior.
