Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: * Verifiable legal income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent * Minimum of two years of positive rental history or homeownership * Any bankruptcy must have been discharged for at least two years * No prior evictions * Minimum credit score of 650 A background screening fee of $40 per adult applicant applies. Renters insurance is required. We do use the Zillow rental application. Utilities & Property Policies Tenants pay a flat monthly utility fee of $180, which covers water, sewer, and garbage services. This is a non-smoking property. The owners prefer no pets; however, one pet may be considered with approval and an additional $50 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply.
