No illicit drug use or growing (NoGrow) policy is strictly enforced due to insurance restrictions. Pets are considered on an individual basis, but HOA guidelines (that we can't change) specify a maximum of (2) dogs, maximum weight of each is 35#, etc, contact us for specifics.
