Located on a quiet culdesac just one mile from I-15, this 1 bedroom/1 bathroom basement apartment in Murray features a separate entrance, on-site… laundry (not shared), a dedicated parking area on the driveway, new LG appliances, a large double-basin sink with a disposal, and beautiful custom tile work on the kitchen backsplash, shower walls, and bathroom floor. The house and apartment were just built last year. The apartment is located under our garage, so no one will live directly above it. It shares one wall with our exercise/storage room and the other wall with our in-home theatre, but it's surrounded by 8-inch concrete walls to minimize noise transfer. The HVAC system is shared only with the in-home theater, and the apartment has its own thermostat. It's a cozy space, 500 sq ft, but it includes a sizable pantry and ample kitchen cabinets. Storage of oversize items (such as skis) can be arranged with the landlord. Walking distance to the Jordan River Parkway and its multiple parks, as well as to Riverview Park with new pickleball courts and a new playground. It's a 5-minute drive to I-15 and the Murray Front Runner and TRAX stations. In addition, Walmart, Costco, Smith's, Intermountain Medical Center, and a myriad of restaurants are just 5-7 minutes away. Rent is $1250/month plus $200/month for utilities (includes electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet). Available May 31. Move-in date flexible. One-year renewable lease preferred. No pets.
