This is a really nice, newly remodeled 11-bedroom, 3-bath house located on the edge of the U-District and Ravenna. It has quick access to UW, The Ave, Whole Foods and the Light Rail station.
This house has HUGE ROOMS.

It has a brand-new kitchen, two refrigerators, hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer (no quarters needed!). We have off-street parking located in the backyard, which is accessed from the alley. There is also plenty of easy street parking (you just need a zone pass, which is simple to get).
The bedrooms span three floors, and all rooms are fantastic sizes with lots of light and closet space.
This is a highly walkable location, with numerous bus lines and the light rail nearby. It's only a short walk to restaurants, Cowan Park, Whole Foods, coffee shops, gyms, light rail, etc. There's even a small grocery store/cafe just around the corner from the house.
