Spacious 3rd floor walk up with 3 Bedroom apartment, with plenty of windows and large kitchen, hardwood floors and tall ceilings.… There are only 2 apartments in this building, and it's in the heart of Ridgewood. Walking distance to buses and subways. Whole Foods will be opening up a new location 2 blocks away.
The building allows small dogs, however no cats. All pet allowances are at the sole discretion of the management. All pets come with pet deposits.
Before we schedule any showings or tours, please answer few basic questions in an email to us, which are the following:
1. How many people will be occupying the apartment with you?
2. Will your tenancy be room mates?
3. Where do you currently live right now?
4. What is your current rent (collectively if room mates)

As disclosure these are some of the fees associated with the apartment:
Rent : $4000 per month due In advance of the month coming;
Late fee: If you don't pay your rent on time by the 30th of the month preceding the foregoing month to be applied to, there is a $500 late fee
Trash can deposit: $150, you get this back at the end of your lease when trash cans are returned fully functional
Credit check fee: $20 per person
Security deposit: $4000
All gas, electric and internet, phone and tv - direct to the provider.
