The building allows small dogs, however no cats. All pet allowances are at the sole discretion of the management. All pets come with pet deposits.

11. Will you be moving in with pets, if so please lets us know what?
As disclosure these are some of the fees associated with the apartment:
Rent : $4000 per month due In advance of the month coming;
Late fee: If you don't pay your rent on time by the 30th of the month preceding the foregoing month to be applied to, there is a $500 late fee
Trash can deposit: $150, you get this back at the end of your lease when trash cans are returned fully functional
Credit check fee: $20 per person
Security deposit: $4000
All gas, electric and internet, phone and tv - direct to the provider.
