The unit itself is approximately 700 sq. feet. The house is located at 563 W. 4th St. New Richmond, WI 54017. It is situated in a very nice neighborhood on a main artery that leads in and out of the heart of New Richmond. The unit as a whole has been cleaned up, renovated, and updated within the past couple years. New carpet has been installed in the bedroom and living room. The whole unit has been painted. The unit is ready for showings with a tentative move in date of March 1st. An earlier/later move in date can be set up if needed. The unit will preferably be rented as a one-year lease. A lease signed for less than a year can be negotiated (Increased rent for leases less than a year).
