Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations, plus additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Adding extra guests beyond the registered number requires prior approval and incurs an additional charge of $100 per person. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Garage access is not permitted due to liability, and garage doors must remain closed if applicable. The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are permitted); extra cleaning fees apply for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture.
