Lease terms

6 month lease, then month to month. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Owner pays for HOA which covers front yard maintenance. Owner does not provide washer or dryer (personal property). Anyone over 18 living in the home must submit an application and qualify. Income requirement: At least 2.5 times more than rent. Good rental history with references a must. Applications will only be considered after an in person showing. Please do not disturb tenant.
