Water and trash are included in the price, as is the alarm. Parking is limited in the four space parking lot, but there is always street parking in front of the condo itself. Brand new stackable washer and dryer belongs to the unit, but is included in the rental. There is a hammock on the balcony, which belongs to the unit, but will remain for use by the renters. Lease is for 1 year, and tenant is expected to maintain the unit clean and in working order, report any problems with the unit to the owner immediately, and is encouraged to be neighborly to other residents in the building. *Email is the best way to contact me in regards to this unit.
