    Renter responsible for all utilities except the trash service, which comes with the rent. The beautiful well water is free; septic must be pumped every year ($250) to maintain drain field. Pellets must be purchased for the pellet stove. The house is well insulated. Cutting and splitting wood for the woodstove has been done for years from fallen trees on property, but can be delivered if desired. The hot tub maintenance is minimal with the ozonator. Pool maintenance is required. The lower level has its own entryway, patio, kitchen, full bath, separate lower level parking, and lighted cement pathway. The owner/landlord wishes to maintain the 4th bedroom in the lower level for the first year during his transition out of state. Renters must be comfortable with lawncare and property maintenance or pay for a service. There is a hefty zero turn riding mower that does the lawn quickly. This property requires a love of land, gardens & nature. There is also a refundable pet deposit. The renters would be responsible for maintenance on all lawn equipment.
