About the rooms:
Both rooms are on the lower level and a window that looks out onto the private garden. The spaces are quirky and cozy. Room 1 has a large closet, room 2 has a smaller one. These rooms are definitely small, about 10x10, but there's plenty of extra space available in the attached garage that could be used for storage or an art space or whatever else. The furnishings in the pictures can stay or go. They're the quietest rooms in the house, nice and cool in the summer and need a space heater in the winter. Southeast facing windows. The rooms can be rented separately or together.

Two story townhouse. Two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher), laundry (washer/dryer), garage, parking spots for 2 cars plus easy street parking, huge private yard and garden with vegetables, herbs, flowers, lemon tree, plenty of seating, lots of sunshine.
About the location:
Awesome location, walking distance to everything: 10 min walk to MacArthur BART, 10 min walk to Whole Foods, 1 block from dozens of restaurants, cafes, and shops on Telegraph. 2 min drive to the highway entrance. The only downside is we're next to the highway and BART tracks, so if you're sensitive to noise this might not be the ideal spot for you.
