From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. No indoor smoking is permitted, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to the booking platform and local authorities. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 09:00.
