Lease Options: 6-Month Lease $1,000 per month 12-Month Lease $900 per month No month-to-month leasing is available. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. House Rules: Respectful communication is expected at all times. Occasional guests are allowed; no long-term stays without approval. Tenant must clean up after themselves in common areas. Roommates are expected to rotate household chores if needed. Termination: Either party may terminate this lease with 30 days' written notice. Termination may be immediate if the tenant: Fails to pay rent on time Violates house rules Causes damage to the property Engages in illegal activity
