Do not disturb current tenant. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a private fenced yard and excellent landscaping. The bathroom has travertine tile and carpet is fairly new. Walking distance to the Boise river and the Hyatt Hidden Lakes Reserve. Features include: forced air heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and drier hookups, 1 car garage with automatic opener, extra storage room in the garage, deck in the backyard, a stone paver patio (that would be great for a small greenhouse or shed), water/sewer/garbage are paid by the landlord, sprinkler system, and yard care (mowing, pruning, trimming) is provided by the landlord. Electricity, weeding and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant. The damage deposit is $1200, rent is $1395, 6 month lease. It should be ready by June 20th. No cats or dogs. Applicants must have good credit.
