Just in time for PCS season!
Charming home for rent near Andrews Air Force Base, DC, and Annapolis.… It is conveniently located right off route 4, near North Beach. Away from heavy traffic but with easy access to DC and VA. Andrews can be reached within 25 min. The area has grown a lot in recent years, and there is a lot to do around. Lots of restaurants, outdoor rec., in a great school district.
3 small bedrooms and 2 full baths, upgraded laundry room, new A/C, a lot of parking space, fenced area for pets/kids, fire pit area, and lots of green. Unfortunately, our beautiful tree in the front fell a couple of years ago, because of a snow storm, but another one has been planted. It may be a while, but one tree at a time we build a better place. Utilities are very eco-friendly since we got a new ac system, and the area offers well water so only electricity is to be paid directly to the company. (SMECO). The house is currently occupied by tenants but they are leaving soon. We would prefer active duty members who can commit to 1 year at least, preferably more. But we can work something out I am sure. Pete are welcome (Subjected to approval and with deposit), the neighbors are very friendly and the area is very calm.
