We are pet friendly as well dog, cat, etc.(room for goats) Maybe you want a couple chickens to keep in a hutch or a place to plant a little garden there is certainly enough space to do that. The cottage has a new deck out front that houses the washer and dryer. The appliances are all 2 years old. This place can come furnished. There's some loft space that would be suitable for a place to keep extra storage and the wonderful breeze from the ocean keeps the air cool. Our current tenants need to leave to seek better medical treatment off island. The roof was redone two years ago.The property is gated to add another sense of security but this area is very safe and quiet. This property is a two acre property and we live on property as well.
