Our house can accommodate up to 5 roommates.

#1 Bedroom has a twin size bed, bed linens and towels, desk, couch, closet, door lock, shared bathroom. Free access to the pool, spa, 2 outdoor sitting areas, entertainment center, living room, dining area, kitchen with shared fridge, washer/dryer.
Good for 1 person. $650/mo*.
#2 Bedroom has a full size bed, bed linens and towels, desk, sofa bed, closet, chair, door lock, fireplace, shared bathroom.
Free access to the pool, spa, 2 outdoor sitting areas, entertainment center, living room, dining area, kitchen with shared fridge, washer/dryer.
Good for 1-2 person. $750/mo* ($250/mo extra for 2nd person)
#3 The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bed linens and towels, TV, desk, chairs, coffee table, closet, door lock, private bathroom. Free access to the pool, spa, 2 outdoor sitting areas, entertainment center, living room, dining area, kitchen with shared fridge, washer/dryer.
