Lease terms

This is a room-for-rent arrangement with shared use of common areas including the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Tenants must be considerate and respectful of their housemates. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and keep their rooms and common spaces clean and tidy. No smoking, no pets, and no couples. Initial lease term is 6 months, followed by month-to-month with 30-day notice. Application is completed online and includes credit and background checks (fee paid directly to the application platform). Security deposit can be split over two months. Credit score is considered but not as much of a factor. Proof of income required for verification. We require a clean background and no evictions within the last two years.
