Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. ARE THEY HEATED? Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am 10 pm. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. We've set up a security camera outside, positioned on the front entrance door, and another one on the corner of the garage to ensure safety throughout your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure guest respect local noise ordinances during quiet hours.
