Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for obtaining electric utility service (estimated to be $150/month). Basic WiFi access is included in rent but is intended to provide a supplemental communication service and should not be relied upon for conducting daily business. It may be used for gaming and streaming, but service is not guaranteed. Tenants are welcome to obtain their own service but additional wiring will require written approval. Each unit comes with a garage with remote opener and parking in the garage is encouraged. Parking in the lot on-site is by permit only and tenants will be provided two parking permits. Pets are welcome. We charge a pet deposit of $300, and $35 per month pet rent, per pet. with a maximum of 3 pets. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (the garage is considered indoors). Tenants are expected to bring any maintenance concerns to the attention of the property manager immediately.

556 Winnie Way has been through recent renovations, has newer kitchen appliances, and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen features very versatile IKEA cabinets with slow close hinges and drawers. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a centerpiece wood burning fireplace. The full bathroom has been outfitted with beautiful tile floors and easy to clean shower surround. The bathrooms feature water saving dual flush toilets. One of the best features of this home would be the amazing views from the western windows and deck on the back! Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods are a majestic sight, and 556 Winnie Way is a great place from which to enjoy them! Please message me to setup a showing.
