Guests can rent bicycles to explore the island, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Car rentals are also an option for exploring the broader region. A public trolley service and local bus routes are available for affordable exploration. Guests can also rent paddleboards, kayaks, or jet skis to navigate the Gulf waters. Villa Capri is nestled in the heart of Okaloosa Island, offering direct beach access to pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters. The neighborhood provides proximity to a variety of local dining options, from seafood shacks to fine dining. Enjoy water sports, fishing, and dolphin-watching tours, or explore nearby boardwalks and parks. The area also offers a vibrant nightlife with beachfront bars and live music venues, as well as unique local boutiques and shops. For more extensive shopping, nearby Fort Walton Beach and Destin offer a wide range of retail experiences. To access the condo, guests will need to ascend one flight of stairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo; please use designated outdoor areas. No pets are allowed. Please be mindful of quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated with prior arrangements and an additional fee. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Please be mindful of tropical bugs and wild animals. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items immediately. The property is not child-proofed. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
