The neighborhood is walkable, with nearby dining options, water sports, fishing, and entertainment. This unit is located on the third floor and does not have elevator access; there are two flights of stairs to climb. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo, with a $500 fine for any sign or smell of smoke. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are observed. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Check-in is contactless via a 4-digit access code. Check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out and a $25 fee for each extended hour if approved. The property is not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture.
