That includes water, sewer, garbage and gas (heat). The deposit is the same as the rent. A small dog and other pets are negotiable if they come with responsible owners. PET FRIENDLY! There is a 1$ per pound monthly pet fee and a $200 refundable pet deposit per pet. We comply with state and federal fair housing laws for assistance animals. If your pet doesn't qualify as an assistance animal it is still negotiable under our very reasonable pet policy. Move September 1. One year lease minimum.
