Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water, internet, lawn care, and other utilities unless otherwise agreed in writing. Security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. No smoking permitted inside the property. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional pet deposit/fees. Parking available in garage and driveway only. Minimum lease term applies. Applicants are subject to tenant screening and qualification criteria in accordance with Texas Property Code Section 92.3515. Screening criteria may include, but are not limited to: Credit history Criminal background check Employment and income verification Previous rental history Debt-to-income ratio Eviction history Verification of accurate and complete application information Applications may be denied if qualification requirements are not met or if inaccurate/incomplete information is provided. Application fees are non-refundable after screening has been processed.
