ABSOLUTELY NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC past 10PM. - $500 FINE No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation - will result in eviction with no refund CAMERAS Front yard Back yard ...in place for safety and liability reasons. Do not tamper with. BEACH ACCESS This home has a path that leads to a lakefront beach, however, guests are NOT allowed to used this beach. It is for residents only and they are strict on guest access. Attempted use of the beach will result in a fine, eviction and no refund. Zero tolerance rule with the neighbors/community. There is a public beach cove walking distance from the property that guests are allowed to use. We are located next to the site 6 boat loading zone, and boat parking is directly across the street from home. PETS Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must! No service pets allowed, either. Owner uses home often and has serious reactions to pet dander.
