Travelers are responsible for non-refundable carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out for pets. All loose trash must be placed in garbage bags; a $250 fine applies if any loose trash is found inside a garbage bin/can. Renters should report all observed damage within 8 hours of checking in. For short-term guests with pets, a refundable security fee of $200 for 1 pet, $400 for 2 pets, and $600 for 3+ pets applies. For leases, there is a monthly utility cap of $300, with guests responsible for any overages. For leases, a refundable security fee of $500 applies, increasing to $700 for 1 pet, $900 for 2 pets, and $1,100 for 3+ pets. For leases exceeding 30 days, the security fee increases to $1,500 total for guests without pets and $2,500 total for guests with pets. The security fee will be refunded within 30 days after check-out date. A copy of a valid government-issued ID must be submitted before electronic access codes are issued. Refunds are not granted or issued by request; guests allow the management company the opportunity to respond to concerns and/or challenges.
