A quick drive to downtown Phoenix and downtown Glendale. Looking for ONE PERSON to move in on April 1st, 2024!! You will be living with my wife and I, as well with four other roommates. Read below. It has a closet with sliding doors. Room has two large windows that let a lot of natural light in. Tenant rooms are located on their own half of the house away from our room. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :) PLEASE NO PETS OR CHILDREN. PLEASE. We own two cats of our own and do not want to stress them out; our cats will never be in the shared living areas and will be confined to our personal bedroom and den areas. We also want to be considerate of other roommates in the home. Utilities is the responsibility of Landlord (my wife and I) which include electricity, water and sewage, gas, internet, and security system. Tenant responsible for getting their own renter's insurance. Security deposit equal to one month's rent ($825). Leases will only be month-to-month because life changes quickly and you might want to move to Barbados within the next year :-).
