Lease terms

1. Renters are responsible for securing accounts with the City of Santa Clara Utility department for their water, electric and garbage services and with P G & E for their gas service. 2. The area above the garage & house is for the gas appliances. Please do not block the pulldown ladder. 3. To avoid costly repairs: Notify the owner prior to moving furniture in and out of the bedrooms. The owner will remove and replace the bedroom doors. Large furniture should not pass through the hall/kitchen doorway. 4.The owner recommends: when moving large items through doorways place them on an appropriate rug or moving blanket and slide them carefully across the hardwood floor or get experienced / professional help. 5. The tenants are responsible for using the appropriate padding on feet of their items so as to protect the floors from being damaged.
