Lease terms

Available May 1, 2026. Rent is $1,050/month on a 12-month lease. A 6-month lease may be available for an additional $100/month. Included utilities are electricity, water, refuse, and propane gas. Unit is unfurnished. A refundable $1,500 security deposit is due at lease signing to secure the agreement. Applicants must have gross monthly income of at least 3 times the rent, and each adult applicant must qualify individually. One pet is typically allowed with prior written approval, a signed pet agreement, and $50/month pet rent. No indoor smoking or candle burning is permitted. Tenant is responsible for internet service, if desired, through Paul Bunyan Communications. Tenant must carry renter's insurance and list Sam's Up North Properties as an interested party. A completed application, photo ID, income verification, and landlord/reference review are required. Formal credit and background screening may also be required.
