On the first floor, the living room, dining room, and updated kitchen are on the left side of the house, and on the right side, the rooms are stacked front to back, bedroom, then first floor bathroom, family room or guest bedroom, for a total of 5 rooms on the first floor. At the back of the back bedroom is an attic stair that goes up to a second floor that is quite large that makes the master suite w/ bathroom. Off street parking but no garage.
