Large furnished master suite available on the third floor of a fully furnished gated townhome in Montrose/Midtown.… The room is 18x14 with high ceilings, a walk-in closet plus a second closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and enclosed toilet area. Tons of privacy.
Shared spaces include a kitchen/dining/living area on the second floor with granite countertops, gas cooktop, and a gas fireplace. Central AC, washer/dryer in-unit. The home is in a private gated neighborhood near Bomar and Stanford, walkable to Montrose and Midtown restaurants and shops. About 10 minutes to TMC and downtown.
You'd share the home with one full-time roommate, a 24-year-old male research coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine. I'm the owner, a pediatric ICU physician at Texas Children's. I live mostly in Philly and only use an upstairs room about one week every 5 to 6 weeks. Very low-key when I'm around.
